  2. Currently be a degree candidate in one of the above areas.


  3. Verifiable Film or Television credits in one of the following roles:
    1. Director

    2. First Assistant Director

    3. Producer

    4. Executive Producer

  4. Have Produced or Directed 3 plays in either New York, Chicago or Los Angeles.


  5. Regularly Broadcast or Publish (including the web) media criticism.


  6. Teach classes in Media Production, Criticism or History.


  7. Regularly purchase completed projects (Film or Video).


  8. Currently write for a trade publication.


  9. Currently seen or heard on a regular trade related broadcast.


  10. Willing to submit a one-page analytical review of a widely released movie.


  11. One previous year as a screener for this festival.
